      The Beginner Warm-up is meant to serve as a basic warm-up prior to commencing a workout. It can be used alone or as part of a larger or more focused warm-up. It consists of:

      4 Dead lift
      4 Shoulder Presses
      4 Good Mornings
      4 Back Squats
      4 Pass Throughs with a dowel
      4 Thoracic Stretches, be sure to push the dowel right and left for each
      4 Cossack Stretches, keep your heels on the ground and knees out as you push right and left.
