      The dumbbell snatch is a very effective conditioning movement. You will see it used in moveSKILL programming regularly. Taking the time to understand the proper movement pattern will help you get the most benefit from this exercise. When done properly, the dumbbell snatch movement combines a powerful hip drive, a full body pulling motion, a rapid change of direction and a strong overhead support requirement. This is a huge bang for your workout buck!
