      Before trying this movement you should be able to do the following:
      Handstand Pike on Ground

      Press yourself into the Handstand Pike on Ground Position pushing into the ground and pulling your shoulder blades together. Lower your head to the ground making sure your elbows track in front of you.. Slowly lower your head to the ground making sure your elbows track in front of you. Once your head touches the ground reset to the top position.

      Make sure that when you lower your head it is tracking to a spot on the ground in front of your hands.
