      Before trying this make sure you can do the following:
      Headstand Push-up Pike On Box
      Handstand Wall Hold
      Kick to Handstand

      Kick up to a Handstand Position with your heels against a wall. Slowly lower your head to the ground making sure your elbows are tracking in front of you. Your head should travel towards the wall to a spot on the floor front of your hands. Once your head is on the ground, step down and reset at the top.

      This is an advanced movement and requires hard work on the previous progressions.
