      Before trying this movement you should be able to do the following:
      Headstand Push-up Pike Negative
      Headstand Push-up Pike
      Handstand Pike on Box

      With your toes on a sturdy box and your hands placed flat on the ground in front of you press your arms out overhead pulling your shoulder blades together. Slowly lower your head to the ground making sure your elbows track in front of you. Once your head touches the ground drop your hips and reset to the top position.

      Make sure that when you lower your head it is tracking to a spot on the ground in front of your hands.
