      The Hanging Candlestick is an advanced movement. You should be able to perform the following before you try this movement:
      Hanging Leg Raise
      Tuck Front Lever

      Hang from a bar in an active shoulder position, shoulder blades down and back. Lean back and press the bar down while you bring your toes to the bar. Once your feet are in place level with the bar, continue to press down hard on the bar while you bring your hips up and extend your legs. When you lower your hips keep your shins close to the bar and stop once your feet are level with the bar again.
