      The Handstand Pike on wall is a great way to build shoulder strength. Be sure you can perform the following:
      Plank
      Handstand Pike on Ground
      Handstand Pike on Box

      With your hands flat on the floor carefully walk your feet up to the wall. Keep your legs bent and push your hips out over your shoulders. Press into the ground hard and pull your shoulder blades together pressing your head through your arms.
