      The Handstand Pike on wall is a great way to build shoulder strength. Be sure you can perform the following:
      Handstand Pike on Ground
      Plank

      With your hands flat on the floor carefully walk your feet up to a box. Keep your legs bent and push your hips out over your shoulders. Press into the ground hard and pull your shoulder blades together pressing your head through your arms.
