      Set up for the Dumbbell Bench Press by laying back on a bench with the weight squeezed firmly onto your chest.

      Begin by pulling the shoulders back, squeezing the shoulder blades together while driving the dumbbells out. Once the dumbbells are up, position them above your shoulders. From there lower the weight while keeping the forearms vertical and feet firmly on the floor.

      Once the dumbbells touch the chest chest, drive them back up so that they are stacked above your shoulders.
