An Archer Ring Row starts with a solid Ring Row. This time as you begin the pull, one arm will will move out and turn away from the body. The arm extended out will have the palm facing backwards, thumb pointing down to the feet. Continue to pull your chest to the rings as the arm other arm flags out to the side.
Each time the Archer Ring Row resets at the bottom and one hand will turn out.
Keep a stiff middle section throughout the movement by squeezing the butt and the abs.
