      There is a good chance you are doing your burpees all wrong. Dave discusses a different approach to thinking about the burpee, viewing the burpee as a well performed complex of movements and not the “drop and flop” that we might normally see.

      We also quickly brush over the topic of “training vs exercise/competition” and how to view the burpee in this context.
