      This weekend we recommend you spend some time working an assisted chin-up. Even if you have chin-ups and pull-ups, the assisted versions can help work the gaps in your strength, particularly your ability to stabilize your shoulders via the scapula. The main goal of the assisted chin-up is to allow you to develop a strong pulling pattern while maintaining a depressed and retracted scapulae.
