      Today we got a question from one of our users. We thought it would be a great opportunity to film a response.

      Question: The sternal ends of my clavicles are very anteriorly pronounced, and they end up a little sore after front squats. I tried moving the bar a bit superior and now my anterior shoulder is a bit sore. Do you have better placement suggestions? Maybe I’m resting the bar too much on my body?Thank you!
